No one user has signed any contract, or were informed in any way that WinnersPitStop.com shall promote your username to the general public. WinnersPitStop shall have the right to review our Privacy Policy and make additional changes to protect user information from being used by other customers, general public to gain information, exploit, and/or formulate strategies to use against said customer/user for the purpose of bullying, terrorizing, and intimidation. WinnersPitStop does disclose to the general public the results of each auction in accordance with current Ohio and Federal Public Auction Regulations.



Organizations such as WinnersPitStop will lobby for changes that protect all U.S. public online auction sites and their respected customers. Usernames will be replaced with random numbers and hidden from the public until auctions end. These types of changes and procedures are becoming more necessary to fight online PA bullying, terrorizing, and intimidation of other online parties.
