Aggressive
One bidder is aggressive and  loves to scare his opponents off by outbidding everyone right after they have placed a bid. They love to intimidate other bidders and make them think that they have a never ending supply of bids. They want to appear very determined to win the auction, and convey the message that they are going to win and that it is just a question of time when the other bidders will simply give up.

Conservative
Another likes to be conservative and throw a few bids on the auction they want. But when the action starts going they soon move on to a less aggressive auction. They rarely win auctions.

Early Birds
Others have noted that many deals end at an early stage. While some mistakenly believe that bidding in the early phases of an auction is a waste of bids, these bidders know this is one of the biggest penny auction myths and score unbelievable bargains while others can't believe that that shopping-spree gift card did just sell for only a few bids.

Newbie
Some Newbie’s target low traffic items after purchasing their first, small Bid Pack. With their limited budget they go after the smaller items to get comfortable with the bidding.

Stalker
And, there are the ones that concentrate their bidding on the least busy bidding hours and pick the auctions they take part in with care.
